Hello, my name is Kim. I’m a multi-passionate soul who loves learning and sharing what I have learned with others. I am almost always enrolled in some type of development work. I am the Principal Broker/Owner of Eleven11 Real Estate and have been in the real estate business for over 20 years. I am also certified as a Gene Keys Guide, a Life Coach, in Emotional Clearing, and probably about a dozen others! I love helping others succeed and am always looking to improve my own skills and share that knowledge with others.

 

Q: Where were you born, where were you raised, and where do you currently live (City, State/Province, Country)?
I was born in Yuma, Arizona and raised in Southern California in the little town of Glendora. I now reside in Cottonwood Heights, Utah and have called this area home for over 30 years.

Q: What is one of your favorite quotes or lines in a song or movie and why does it resonate with you?
“It only takes one spark to light up the dark” — MC Yogi. It is a great reminder to shine your light in the world and that it makes a difference!

Q: Please tell us a little bit about your business?
Eleven11 Real Estate was created so that we could make a positive impact on the lives we touch! Our core values are to GIVE —  Gratitude * Integrity * Value * Education.

Q: What inspired you or led you to your current career?
When I got into real estate over 20 years ago, I never dreamed it would lead me to where I am. I get inspired by the people!

Q: What do you enjoy most about what you do?
I love supporting my agents, answering their questions and helping them become the best versions of themselves in business and in life!

Q: What advice would you give to your 18-year-old self?
Practice gratitude daily — it will change your life!

Q: What is one of your favorite places to be or travel to?
I really love Sedona, Arizona. It is a place where I feel grounded and connected.

Q: If you could choose anyone (past or present, fictional or real) with whom to have lunch, who would it be and why?
My grandma. I would love to spend a little more time in her presence She was a giver. I am who I am today because of her in so many ways. I would like to thank her for all that she did.

Q: Who inspires you to be the best version of yourself?
My partner, Ali. He inspires me every day. He is the kindest person I have ever known.

Q: How did you first discover “The Go-Giver”?
I was gifted the book over 10 years ago. The principles have stuck with me and they are now a foundational piece of my business.

Q: Who would you like to see featured on The Faces Of The Go-Giver Community and why?
Diana Walsh — she introduced me to The Faces of and Brian Weiss, and then almost the same day I was asked to be featured. She has a big heart and I am looking forward to connecting with her more.

Q: Finally, how can we know if someone we come in contact with is a good connection or prospective customer/client for you?
If they are a Real Estate agent in the Salt Lake Valley looking to be surrounded with like-minded Go-Givers they would be a great fit for our brokerage. Also, if anyone is looking to buy or sell a home in the Salt Lake Valley me or my team would love to assist them!
