I’m a multi-passionate soul who loves learning and sharing what I have learned with others. I am almost always enrolled in some type of development work. I am the Principal Broker/Owner of Eleven11 Real Estate and have been in the real estate business for over 20 years.

Seems like such a simple, unassuming sentence, “Please tell us a little bit about yourself.” Why, then, am I stumped? I remember writing a song a couple decades ago that attempted to answer that question. One line in the verse said, “As I’m introduced to yet another me, it seems there’s still so far to go.”

My first job was a Petrol Pump Attendant. I was serving people with something they needed, but I also loved going the extra mile by offering to check the water level or cleaning their windscreens or putting air in the tires. The feeling I got seeing the looks of appreciation then has stuck with me since.

Passionate about helping entrepreneurs improve cash flow and profitability, I’m a performance improvement consultant and cost control expert. With over 35 years of experience in finance and operations, I have a track record of reducing expenditure, turning around ailing manufacturing plants, building long-term organizational infrastructure, debt and credit renegotiation, process engineering, global sales, and systems training for long-term, repeatable success.

I was born with Aspergers and was somewhat of a whiz-kid. After being self-taught, I started my first business in the mid-90s doing websites and software development. My entire business, career, and life were taken away by illness and injury.

I was just blessed with my very first GREAT granddaughter! We visited Penelope, in mid-March at 15 days old. Whew, I’m feeling like I’m getting older, yikes. Well, I did turn 69 in March, so there’s that. CEO of Gold Star Referral Clubs since losing my wife and business partner Beth in 2019.

I have traveled a curvy road to success. I was hired as a Flight Attendant at 19, it was during the time when service was everything and I draw on that experience often. My varied careers have offered opportunities to expand into new skills, each building on the other evolving into my current Intuitive Business Coaching.
