I've been described as a Mexican jumping bean. I'm passionate about life, giving, and continuous improvement. I'm rather competitive. Today I spend my time pouring into my two sons (4th and 5th grade). I also get to serve as a leader in growing The Faces Of Your Town www.thefacesof.com. This project was inspired by “The Go-Giver” and aims to create closer community everywhere. I'm a Certified Go-Giver Speaker & Coach and the principles in the book are very important to me. I feel fortunate to be a part of this community and look forward to the opportunity to contribute. If I can help any of you in any way, don't hesitate to ask.

Q: Please tell us a little bit about yourself. Feel welcome to include your family and pets too.
I'm married, Betsy and I have two awesome young men, Brady 11 and Baylor 9. We also have a rescue dog named Bo. Yes, you read that right….all the names start with "B". Long story. We live in Buford, GA. I lead a marketing company called Veugeler Design Group, web development and graphic design, and am also a partner in The Faces Of Your Town which has become the most rewarding thing I've ever done.

Q: Where were you born, where were you raised, and where do you currently live (City, State/Province, Country)?
I was born in Port Huron, Michigan. I lived there with my parents and my sister until I was 19. I moved to Auburn, Alabama to go to school and am a proud graduate of Auburn University. Betsy and I have lived in Mobile, Alabama and Houston, Texas prior to settling in Georgia. Today, we proudly call Buford, Georgia home. It's a fantastic place to live and raise a family.

Q: What is one of your favorite quotes or lines in a song or movie and why does it resonate with you?
It's not from a movie or song, but from Henry Ford: “Whether you think you can, or you think you can't, you're right!” It speaks to how important our attitude and mindset are to our success.

Q: What inspired you or led you to your current career?
Fortunately, my wife set out to have a long stable career as a Physician Assistant. That provided me the opportunity to try different sales roles and explore my passions and interests. I'm a bit of a sales geek. I love people and helping others. Ultimately having kids led me to change my priorities and stop traveling and find something close to home. As "luck" would have it, my first meeting as a full-time employee led me to meeting Brad Abernathy and the journey that is The Faces Of was born.

Q: What do you enjoy most about what you do?
We're creating closer community and positively impacting people all over North America. This platform will do a lot of good while at the same time help our partners grow a significant business. Hard to imagine something more doing anything else.

Q: What advice would you give to your 18-year-old self?
Stay curious and read books and save money.

Q: What is one of your favorite places to be or travel to?
Aruba. We've traveled there for Thanksgiving three different times. All three trips have been awesome. Locally, I love being outdoors. I enjoy playing golf, corn hole, and hunting.

Q: If you could choose anyone (past or present, fictional or real) with whom to have lunch, who would it be and why?
I would probably choose Tiger Woods. I am fascinated by those who deliver their very best when the moment demands it. We may never see a talent like him again in our lifetime, at least not in golf. I've read and read about "greatness". I would enjoy being able to talk to him about how he perceives his accomplishments and what's contributed to his success.

Q: Who inspires you to be the best version of yourself?
I admire so many people. I think collectively, they've all provided a belief that I have that we're all capable of great things. My desire to learn and grow comes from within. I have always approached life from a place of curiosity. I'm interested in exploring my potential and enjoying experiencing the growth that happens along the way.

Q: How did you first discover “The Go-Giver”?
I don't remember why or how I got the book, but I'm glad I did. I've read it many times and have gifted it to I bet a hundred people.

Q: Who would you like to see featured on The Faces Of The Go-Giver Community and why?
Anna Kantzavelos. She's a Go-Giver, obviously, but we became friends at the Go-Giver Beyond The MasterMind initially and then our friendship strengthened at the Go-Giver Speaker and Coach Certification. She's a fantastic human being.

Q: Finally, how can we know if someone we come in contact with is a good connection or prospective customer/client for you?
If they're a business in need of a new website or some creative help, we're a good resource. If they own a community based business and want to serve their community as a way of developing an audience and increase visibility and influence, We can help.
