Q: Please tell us a little bit about yourself. Feel welcome to include your family and pets too.
I’m the proud mother of two beautiful daughters who have been my “Why” for many years. Watching them grow into amazing women has been one of my proudest accomplishments. Being a mom has been the best job ever. I love that my oldest daughter has a great business sense and watching her grow. I love raising goats with my daughter, taking walks, sitting by waterfalls, watching fireworks, fishing, cooking, dancing, and traveling. I loves laughing, so bring on the jokes.

Q: Where were you born, where were you raised, and where do you currently live (City, State/Province, Country)?
Grew up in Syracuse, NC and currently lives in Efland, NC.

Q: What is one of your favorite quotes or lines in a song or movie and why does it resonate with you?
Everything happens for a reason. I have used this for so long. When we can realize that whatever is currently happening good or not so good in our lives has a reason. We know hindsight is 20/20 so if we realize that it is happening for us and are patient we will know.

Q: What inspired you or led you to your current career?
I’ve always had an entrepreneurial brain but my first company was started when I was having lunch with an old co-worker who started her business in HOA Management. They were looking for a maintenance company and I hit her arm lightly and said we can do that. She introduced me to her boss and Cedar Grove Maintenance was born.

Q: What do you enjoy most about what you do?
I enjoy providing solutions to people’s business challenges.

Q: What advice would you give to your 18-year-old self?
Trust God’s path for you always and don’t ever doubt He is there.

Q: What is one of your favorite places to be or travel to?
I love to be by water watching the sunset.

Q: If you could choose anyone (past or present, fictional or real) with whom to have lunch, who would it be and why?
My son that I lost when I was pregnant — because I never got to hear him cry. I would love to hear his voice.

Q: Who inspires you to be the best version of yourself?
My kids. I always want to represent someone that they would want to be like someday.

Q: How did you first discover “The Go-Giver”?
Kim Angeli, my business partner.

Q: Who would you like to see featured on The Faces Of The Go-Giver Community and why?
Anyone that lives by The Go-Giver Way

Q: Finally, how can we know if someone we come in contact with is a good connection or prospective customer/client for you?
Someone who wants to grow their level of gratitude or needs business solutions.
