Hi, I’m Kathy.

It has been my honor and pleasure to help grow The Go-Giver Movement and co-create The Go-Giver Success Alliance Mentorship Community with my dear friend, mentor, and business partner, Bob Burg. The icing on the cake is all the amazing people I have the opportunity to meet, get to know, and who are now my friends in The Go-Giver Community all over the world!

I was a huge fan of Bob’s book, “Endless Referrals.” Using Bob’s Endless Referral System, I was able to successfully build my marketing firm. In 2008 when Bob and John David Mann’s book, “The Go-Giver” was published, I had the amazing opportunity to host a live Endless Referrals event with Bob in Albuquerque, NM. That was our first City Partner event. We went on to do over 50 live events together, and our working relationship grew into a beautiful business partnership that has continued for well over a decade.

As an entrepreneur, strategic business advisor, and president of Go-Givers International, I’m passionate about guiding and supporting entrepreneurs and business leaders in living their core values and creating a vibrant culture of excellence…The Go-Giver Way. We do this through workshops, leadership retreats, and MasterMind groups and events.

My background is in marketing, information technology, and entrepreneurial business development. After receiving my B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University and my MBA from the University of Chicago, I spent the first 12 years of my career working for IBM, Ameritech, and Verio. In 1999 I started my own consulting business and never looked back. I’ve been a serial entrepreneur ever since.

As a Kolbe Certified™ Consultant I help individuals discover the freedom to be themselves by identifying and leveraging their instinctive strengths so they can authentically and productively share their gifts.

An adventurer at heart, I love to travel and boldly go where I’ve never gone before! Yes, a Star Trek fan through and through. 🙂 Photography and kayaking are my other passions. I enjoy taking nature photos especially of Lake Tahoe — one of my favorite places in the world.

I currently live in Mount Dora, a beautiful little town in Central Florida.
